Leg Bums and Tums.

On Monday 16th May & Wed 18th May (10 wks) From 10am to 11am (Must attend both sessions)

Pump Workout

On Monday 16th May & Thur 19th May (10wks) 12noon to 1pm (Must attend both sessions)

Boxercise Workout

On Tue 17th May and Friday 20th May (10 wks) 10am to 11am (Must attend both sessions)

Please bring in ID photo evidence and proof of benefits on the first session at the centre.
