Community Mediation Skills Training Course

Mediation Sheffield are running a free course in October 2008 for Community Mediation Skills.

It is an accredited course (Mediation UK/Open College Network) and is OCN level 3. The course comprises of 120 hours in total and is broken up as follows:

  • 40 hours taught time

  • 40 hours private study/reflection

  • 40 hours casework time.

MESH also asks that you give an additional 20 hours casework time. We are looking for people who are available in the daytime and the evenings. If you are a good listener, can be neutral and enjoy meeting people, you could be the person for us!!!

  • 13 October 2008 Monday 9.30am – 5.00pm

  • 14 October 2008 Tuesday 9.30am – 5.00pm

  • 15 October 2008 Wednesday 9.30am – 5.00pm

  • 16 October 2008 Thursday 9.30am – 5.00pm

  • 17 October 2008 Friday 9.30am – 5.00pm

Assessment day

Tuesday 4 November 2008 9.30am – 5.00pm
