Environment Day 2007

Green City Action's Environment Day in Abbeyfield Park will have a host of activities for all the family.

This year activities will include:

  • Birds of Prey exhibition and flying display from Ridgeside Falconry Group

  • Plants stall by Friends of Abbeyfield Park

  • Dry Stone Walling exhibition

  • Animals from Heeley City Farm

  • Free bicycle safety checks and cycling workshops

  • Tree Trail and children's treasure hunt.

  • Sports and games for children

  • Betty's famous Tea stall

You can also fill your old hanging baskets with new plants and compost for just £4, new baskets will be £6.
