New ESOL books at Burngreave Library

Burngreave Library have got a new collection of books which are proving popular with adult learners.

The books are designed for Basic Skills learning, ESOL Entry 1 and Level 1. There are 80 new books, including fiction books, which are now ready to borrow. Titles include:

My son is sick – vocabulary for going to the doctor.

A long way from home – young refugees write about their lives.

Ali and Javad go to London – vocabulary for traveling around a big city.

Burngreave Library is open

  • Monday – 9.30am-12.30pm & 1.30-6.30pm

  • Tuesday – Closed

  • Wednesday – 9.30am-12.30pm & 1.30-5.30pm

  • Thursday – Closed

  • Friday – 9.30am-12.30pm & 1.30-5.30pm

  • Saturday – 9.30am-12.30pm
